Brownie-Walnut Pie
Prep: 10 min. Bake: 50 min Cool:20 min to 1 hr Makes: 10 to 12 servings
1/2 cup butter or margarine
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, cut up
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup all-purposed flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 9 inch unbaked pastry shell
Vanilla or coffee ice cream,caramel ice cream topping
1. Preheat oven to 350F.For filling,in a heavy,small saucepan,melt butter and chocolate over low heat,stirring frequently.Cool for 20 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla.Stir in chocolate mixture and nuts.Pour into pastry shell.Bake for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.Cool in 1 hour on wire rack.Serve warm with ice cream and caramel topping.
*mak buat cam kek biase je.tade nak buat pastry shell tu.masih sedap.
**instead of using all-purposed flour tu,mak pakai self rising flour.
***mak bakar 45 minute je.180C

*****takyah tunggu 20 minutes to cool,kuar oven je terus ngap.hahah
